Our Method

At Brightlish, all our teachers are certified, experienced, and passionate about teaching English. Every instructor holds a TEFL or TESOL qualification and is adept at teaching in international classrooms. This ensures your child is guided by experts who understand how young learners grow, think, and thrive in a second language.

We also integrate basic British Sign Language (BSL) into our young learners’ classes—not as a separate subject, but as a memory tool. Studies show that signing alongside speaking improves vocabulary retention, attention, and comprehension. BSL promotes inclusivity and supports all learning styles, especially visual and kinesthetic learners.

Our classes are intentionally small. Young learner groups have a maximum of four students, ensuring individual attention and strong peer interaction. Older student groups are also kept small, capped at eight learners per class, allowing for rich discussion and plenty of speaking practice without getting lost in a crowd.

Finally, our curriculum follows Cambridge-aligned British English standards, using trusted textbooks from top publishers like National Geographic Learning. This means your child builds real language skills with clear learning goals, all while preparing for international-level English.
