2025 Registration Essentials
June 1 – Placement interview booking opens!
June 15 – Early bird discount deadline (5% off tuition with deposit payment)
June 23 – 27 – Placement interviews held
June 30 – Class placements finalized and enrollment opens
July 31 – Enrollment closes
August 11 – Payment deadline (for full/semester plan)
August 18 – Final day to submit cancellation for refund (deposit non-refundable)
August 25 – Classes begin for all levels

Book an Interview
Booking opens June 1
Parents can book a 15–30 minute placement interview through our online booking form to assess their child’s level.
Tip: Pay the €100 course deposit upfront and get your placement interview free!
Interview!
June 23–27
Students meet with a teacher online for a short, friendly interview to determine level and course fit.
Enroll for Class
June 30 – July 31
After the interview, families receive:
• Class placement
• Enrollment form
• Student ID number
This is when parents officially enroll by selecting a class time and paying the deposit to hold a seat.
Purchase Textbooks
Before Classes Begin
Child, Pre-Junior, and Junior classes must purchase the required student and workbooks before the first day of class.
Tuition Payment Due
August 11
Full or semester-plan payments are due. A 5% early bird discount applies if you paid your deposit by June 15.
August 18
Final Cancellation Date for Refunds
Last day to request a refund (deposit non-refundable)
August 25
